Since the prints are being printed on-demand, return policies don’t apply. This is refund terms stated by the Swedish Competition Authority (konkurrensverket.se). If the print is damaged, faulty or not fitting the description you’re entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Terms of Service
Benny Bystrom Photography accepts credit card and PayPal payments. All prints are rolled and shipped in a tube from Sweden. Prints are being shipped 1-4 days after orders are placed. Expect 1-4 days delivery time within Sweden, 7-14 days for addresses outside of Sweden. We’re always working hard and are committed to have your print shipped as soon as possible.
